Building Appraisal Pte Ltd is a registered independent consultancy practice based in Singapore, established in 1995. We have built a reputation for excellence in providing professional building survey services across the region.

Our expertise spans a wide range of sectors and property types, ensuring that we can meet diverse client needs with precision and care. We integrate cutting-edge technologies, including IOT and non-destructive testing methods, into our survey, inspections, and diagnostic processes. This approach allows us to deliver accurate, efficient, and innovative solutions for investigative works.

Our Director is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has attained the required high standard set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of the United Kingdom. Thus, our company is bound by and must only operate according to the Rules and Conduct laid down by the said Institution, including those from the local Professional Institutions i.e. Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), requiring the Partners and its employees to conduct their operations with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.

Additionally, our Director holds recognitions from the local key organizations including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), and The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES-ACES) for expertise in Façade Inspection, among others.

Our team is equipped to handle all property types, from residential dwellings to complex commercial spaces. Our experience includes, but is not limited to dwelling houses, major retail shopping complexes, historic monuments, large commercial buildings, mixed-development, airport terminals, bonded warehouses, high security buildings, institutional buildings, industrial buildings, schools, hospitals, and places of worship such as temples, data centres, cold rooms, heritage and conservation and ancient buildings, churches, and mosques.
