The Pavilion Development (130 000 sq m.)
Property Fund Company manages a portfolio in excess of US 5 billion worth of assets have appointed M/s Building Appraisal Pte. Ltd. to carry out due diligence exercise for the acquisition of the 130 000 sq. m. retail/ shopping mall. This development is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
We also carried out searches and liased with Dewan Bandar Raya, Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) for the approval and submission.
We have also worked closely with the officer to carry out the due diligence exercise for the subject development.

Capital Square (40 000 sq m)
We have been appointed by a Property Fund Company for a due diligence acquisition of a Commercial Building, Capital Square with an approximate GFA, 40 000 sq m. and value of asset S$890 million. |

We have been appointed by European Bank for the due diligence and approval of drawdown loan of the Great Beijing Wheel. The estimated construction cost is US $205 million. We granted approval and endorsement for monthly claims and drawn loan and approval on behalf of the lenders. |
